How We Conduct Product Inspection

General inspection

Once your goods are consigned to our warehouse. We adhere to the AQL 2.5, Level II inspection standard, in alignment with practices adopted by peer inspection firms. In the case of defective items: if you source products from our designated suppliers, we will resolve the quality issues at zero extra cost. If you opt for your own suppliers, we can provide assistance in troubleshooting the issues, yet related logistics and travel expenses may be incurred. Should you require customized inspection solutions or expect a reduced defect rate, please consult our account manager for specific details regarding potential additional charges.

Full inspection

To achieve a zero-defect rate, we recommend our full-item inspection service, under which we will identify and segregate all defective products. Our standard rate is $5 per hour. Please contact our account manager to discuss your specific requirements and obtain a tailored quotation.
